My suggestion, leave her alone completely for a couple weeks. Just feed and clean her cage, but don't handle her at all. You can talk to her a bit etc. After a few weeks, go back to handling her briefly, for only a few minutes. Then put her back. As she adjusts to short periods of handling, you can increase the time.
