agree with both under the right circumstances. I personally would rather mist during shed rather than a moist hide but some animals still don't shed properly and require a moist hide as the air gets dry inside an airconditioned house. I also try not to do complete bedding changes on a weekly basis as it can stress out certain animals. However, I will change it alot more frequently than every 2-3 months, maybe more like every 2-3 weeks but you have to stay on top of the spot cleaning and if anything is left longer than a day it gets funky quick and a complete change is required IMHO.
