There has not been one breeding

There has not been one breeding of a Paradigm to an animal that is not carrying either the Sharp or Sharon Moore mutations. That is the only way to know for sure. The first litter of Paradigm Boas came from a Sharon Moore Caramel female that was bred by a Sharp Albino male. Every other Paradigm produced since then has been from a Paradigm male bred to a Sharp Albino, or a het or a double het for Sharp Sunglow. So the definitive breeding has not been done yet successfully.

While the conclusion may be logical, and there certainly is precedent for it, and I too think it probably is on the same locus, until that breeding is done, it is impossible to know how it works exactly. It would be so cool if a Paradigm if it was NOT on the same locus. We would have Jungle Paradigms, Motley Paradigms and everything else under the sun Paradigms in no time. That would be really cool but it probably won't work that way. Believe me, I am anxiously waiting to hear from Bigg Mike when he gets that first litter for a Paradigm X Non-Compatible animal...
