my real point was how some hold their color more than others. Both of these were extremely colorful as neonates. My suprise is how much of a difference there is now after 4 years. The male has held his color much more than the female has. You often see the "Kahl stripe line" referenced as an indicator of color and its retention. In the end, the offspring produced from these animals will be dependent on a combination of the two animals that are bred together. And of course, I will keep the very best for future projects. I like many of you do this for my own enjoyment and am only selling my surplus generating money for future projects. My mortgage is definitely not dependent on my boa sales or I would be homeless. LOL
