Posted by: jeffyoung5521 at Fri Jun 29 21:52:04 2007 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by jeffyoung5521 ] I hate to sound to stupid here, my wife and i have only been into snakes for about a year and a half. we know have 3 red-tails and 3 ball pythons nothing special but special to us. i need to know some signs of what to look for in a pregnant red-tail. we are hoing she is bred and she has been growing not to quick. any advice anyone has for a novice i would appreciate it. just in case some one asks she is old enough to be bred she is 6yrs old. and 7 1/2 ft. also we have recently switched to feeding frozen thawed what is the best way to defrost. we soak them in warm water for a little while and then move the bodys in our hands to make sure they are thawed and then soak them for a few more minutes to get them warm agian before feeding. once again please forgive my ignorance in these matters i just want to do what is right for my snakes. | ||
