Hi everyone, I have one of those exo-terra porcilin wire clamp lamps with a 100w powersun in it. It is extremly bright now that it's in my living room when i watch tv. So I was wondering if I could wrap a bit of aluminum foil around only have of the wire dome frame to block the light. Plus it would make have of a reflector too. Would this be ok? Remeber it would only be on half of the light fixture wire frame, the other half would be open for ciculation. Everyone I asked where I live thinks it would be fine, they all say that you cook with it so it handles that heat. Just want some thoughts tho.
