The way I understand it, the guy from Provent-a-Mite (PAM) sued Black Knight (BK), because B.K. began marketing their product as a reptile mite killer,however, BK had originally tested and licensed said product for a different use? It sounds like symantics, but I guess the FDA or whoever licenses things like this take this very seriously.

I know why PAM sued, to protect their market share, but it sucks for us consumers because PAM is real expensive $20-25 a can. It works rezally well however.

Also, I have heard you can use this product called NIX sold at Wal-Mart as a lice treatment.

I wonder why the guy from PAM, Bob Pound never tried to sue Wal-Mart? .....Yeah Right!!
