You can bath her and pour water on her head. You can also use a cue tip. I remove retained shed around one of my dragons eyes in the bath with one and she is OK with it. But the bad part is there is still probably some mites or eggs in her enclosure. So You're going to have to continue to clean and disinfect that otherwise they will rapidly multiply again.
