A snake that has been starved will have lots of loose skin indicating that it's body is supposed to be much larger not only in girth, but probably in length too. If you are feeding jumbo rats every 7-10 days the snake will fill out very quickly and probably go through a growth spurt too. Once the snake has a healthy weight though, you may want to slow the meals down to once every two weeks. | ||
