The best thing if possible is to find a nice, well-run mom and pop shop in your area and make sure they'll buy from you before you start breeding. If you are looking to do it just for fun, you could probably breed just one and between yourself (yes!), your friends, and some local ads, get rid of one season's worth. Esp. if its your 1st season. You will end up with more leos. I've been breeding for 4 yrs now, and only last year managed to sell one of my first hatchlings. He was 2 yrs old by then. You also must be prepared to deal with birth defects, of which herps I think tend to have more obvious ones than us higher beings. -----
