now I'm not fully familiar with animal's in terms of diseases and such but from a human perspective I would say that

if it's just the one leg it is probably trauma of some sort. if you could get to the vet today it would be best. sounds like she fractured it, but that may be secondary to another disease process.

hope all works out well. keep us updated, I'd like to know what happens and how she's doing.
