The main ingredient of melafix is tea tree oil. In fish, the stuff works 100% wonders on fungal tail rot. People claim it has all of these effects in fish, but curing tail rot is pretty much the only guaranteed use, imo. No idea what it does to amphibians.



Just because it comes from a plant doesn't make it safe for amphibians. Just use caution.
