I purchased a female BP that was advertised as over 3000 grams. The sellers scale could only go to 3000 and it caused an error so she was most likely over 3000 grams empty. That is the gist of the ad. I weighed her on my scale and she is 2725 empty.
I weighed her again after eating and she still did not hit the 3000 gram mark. Is a 300 gram difference something to be concerned with or is this typical and there is variation between what scale is used when an animal is this large?
