well . . i have looked into private owners renting houses or condos, but i live with my girlfriend, so i would rather not have a roomate, let alone a bunch of them. . She is a clean freak so when living with a buncha guys she goes insane because she cleans everything and well . . "we" being us guys, dont do [bleep] and then drama comes and yada yada. . .



But yea i am looking into 1-2 bedroom houses condos now, but that doesnt even garontee that the owner wont be terrified of snakes . . .
