when i had my first problem like that i actuallt told him you know none of them git past 6' and over 6lbs your dog can take a bigger dump than that lol he had a big doggy but iw as like there all tame in x mount years never had one get out or bite any1 and i will even sign a contract stating if one gets out i am 100% reliable for cost of hiring some1 to find the snake any damage chared etc and if one gets out i am liable to be evicted no questions asked. thats what did when he heard me say all that and sig the paper he was all for it even came over to see the snakes some times when in the appt doing work. his big thing was that he didnt want one getting loose and scaring other tendants etc. i wish you the best on your search just next time i dont know how it works there but here the apt manager is just the guy doing work around the place to lower his rent just a FYI talk to the land-lord aka the owner of the building he is the big man you need to talk to cause if manager says yes and land-lord finds out and dont like it your till ed where you thought you had a in
