Help With My Tort Encolosure !

I need your help to make the best possible habitat for my tort so please give me your input on what to do and how to make it better. I'm open to anything I also want ideas for an outdoor habitat. Below are pictures of my torts habitat today and my yard so you can see what I have to work with.



P.S.Should I keep my torts UV lamp on all night ?
