No, what he said is, for the quickest and easiest way to get sunglows breed a hypo male to an albino female. Resulting in double het sunglows. Then raise one of the male double hets up, breed back to momma and you will end up having a sunglow litter.



What he was saying is no matter how much you try, you can't make a hypo female that doesn't carry the het albino gene produce albinos or sunglows.
