Try placing it on a countertop with a thick book on top of it for ten minutes and then see if it feels hot. Sometimes if you are wiring it up yourself if you do not squeeze the terminals very tight they do not adequatly pierce the plastic material and do not make a good connection. At full power in a warm room flexwatt placed under a cage will heat up to around 110 degrees. | ||
