I used a similar set-up in a big plastic bin when I was breeding Bearded Dragons. I hatched out 95% of the eggs of 6 clutches. I had no problems with this setup. Its a cheap way of incubating. I would not however, use this setup for expensive ball morphs, but for normals I wouldn't have an issue.
