My 5 to 5.5 months after last observed mating timetable works pretty good for me. The only problem is that when I am not watching them close enough they may be mating a week or two after the last time I see them mate and so the litters are spread between the 5 and 5.5 month times. If you saw them mating late april and early may your august Bahamas vacation should work fine. Where you going in the Bahamas?
