>>I have a female cal kingsnake that is getting to be about breeding size and i was thinking about getting a male milk or corn to do hybrid babies. I have heard there are some tricks that help make this more successful. Anyone know what they are? My King is below, any suggestions what would make a good hybrid? How do the genetics and patterns work with a corn/king or milk/king cross? Any help would be appreciated.

Whatever you get a male of (Corn, Milk) I would sugguest you get a female of also. You will most likely need the female of the said (Corn, Milk) to get the male excited. Once he is you can introduce your female king and get the male switched over to her before he begins copulation with the (corn, milk). Here is a very insightful read from Dwight Good. forum.kingsnake.com/hybrid/messages/4182.html ----- www.mesozoicreptiles.com
