Looks to me like it may be the ticket to the morph Ralph Davis calls NEO , it's pictured in the Barkers book.. It does look like something is going on there to me as well.. Good luck with it , whatever you do don't name this form a SUPER..... anything, as it obviously shouldn't be a Super at this level based on what you said the parents were....
