I like to move them from their 12 qt. tubs into 32s at around 300 grams - depending on how fast your snake is growing that could be anywhere from around a few months to a year old. It won't hurt them to keep them in for longer - but I like my snakes to be able to move around when they want and after a couple hundred grams they can't do a whole lot in 12 qt tub.
