A BIG thumbs up to the folks at Reptiles Basics for their AWESOME customer service! We ordered one of their baby racks on the night of 7/19/07 and received it today. Five days from order to receipt with a weekend in between. That's GREAT service, I don't care who you are. Thanks to Rich and his folks.
