Yes, they are. orange and butterscotch are the same. Yellow and green are compatible with orange/butterscotch. As far as the citrus, I went to the source, GCR. They responded that their line is compatible. I asked them because I have a nerd line yellow ghost male and was considering getting a female citrus ghost. No need to do that now. I have a couple of clutches in the incubator from breeding my male to normals and another one on the way from him breeding a het female. I will have plenty of hets and should have a couple of ghost.
There is a line of hypo/ghost that is not compatible. I believe Dan and Colette had a breeding group of them that was offered in the classifieds. Clearly noted that the line is not compatible with other lines. Not sure about the Graziani line, G-1?
