I agree, look for stainless steel rubber-edged no-tip bowls. They make them in a bunch of sizes and they're not too expensive. Very hard for an animal to tip over, at least if the bowl bottom is touching the cage floor. If you have bark or other soft substrate, they might still be able to tip it over if they burrow underneath.
