It sounds kinda crappy the way the guy did it. Honestly, if its been this long, maybe you should just cut your losses and sell the thing off (prob. at a loss)? I would just be honest and there will be somebody out there who wants to take on the challenge - and save some cash.
I have a Het Albino girl Ive been Di..inking around with for 2 1/2 years and it is NO fun and not even worth it. It took me a solid year to get her to eat on her own. The first year consisted of mainly force-feedings. Once she got to around 200-250grams she became a little more aggressive and eats on her own, but she is a runt and always will be. She is still along way from breeding.
I am always suspicious of females that are 2-3 years old and small, and you gotta love the 2000 gram 50% or 100% females that are advertised as "Never been bred"...Yeah Right.
