How do you feed Roaches to your Cham?

Just curious, These lobster roaches are fast suckers! How do you feed them to your Cham? Hand feed or bowl feed? If I put them in a bowl with Vasoline around the top so they can't crawl out, will the vasoline be harmful to the Cham? Thanks for any help you guys can offer.
