wow - let me just say that is a really terrible and sad monitor 'care-sheet'. I started to walk through it to point out incorrect and downright harmful information but soon realized you can toss it all...easier to start over than to even look at that mess again.
Please start at proexotics.com and read their monitor information, good basic stuff from Robyn and co. They know their stuff and have taken a lot of time to provide it for you. Then come back here and read everything FR has written, though after the first few dozen posts you'll get the gist of his message and pull out the basics. Here at ks you are fortunate enough to have access to the world's most succesful monitor keeper (by far) who tends not to be shy about providing his opinion haha.
Good luck, I still love savs, too bad most end up half dead toad looking blobs because of care sheets like the one you posted.
