Butterworms are higher in calcium than many other feeders, but like many larva are also higher in fat. Pheonix worms are similar. I use butterworms from time to time primariy because I think variety is good for and enjoyed by my chams.

www.canadianfeeders.com is one supplier in Canada, and they are also available at my local pet store and at fishing bait shops.
