....You have given VERY little information and expect people to help you? There are many highly experienced reptile keepers posting on this forum but they cannot help you if you do not provide pertinent information.
....Alien space invaders do not come down and introduce exotic reptile diseases into our collections. There is no magic method for someone to diagnose which alien space invader introduced disease causes popping noises in respiration. Nearly all health problems in captive reptiles are caused by mistakes in husbandry. If you keep the animal in the right inclosure with the right substrate and with the correct temperature and lighting and humidity and feed it the right diet the chances of having health problems are exceedingly low. Reptile health problems they can often be "cured" by correcting the husbandry issues.
....It does sound like your snake may have a respiratory problem. Tell us how big and how old the snake is and how long you have had it and accurately describe ALL the husbandry issues and someone here may be able to help you. Respiratory problems in Boa Constrictors are often caused by exposure to low temperatures or wet substrate. First advice for experienced people keeping Boa Constrictors and having respiratory problems is to raise the temperature but we cannot give you that advice because you have not told us what temperatures the snake is currently kept at.
