I don't think you have any resposibility in a situation like you describe. If I purchase a snake that turned out to be the wrong gender within a week or so, I would ask for some sort of compensation...maybe a trade for the correct sex. But, it is MY responsibilty to double check within the seller's accepted policy period. | ||
