I'm just wondering, do you have any way to verify this is the same animal you sold 4 years ago? If you decide to give any sort of credit, refund, or whatever it would be great to know it really is the same animal. A lot of things can happen in 4 years! By the way, I don't think many would consider you "bad" for not doing anything after 4 YEARS have gone by. I wouldn't. Good luck
