You should change that to you won't get rich quick. I have been working and buliding my current collection for the past nine years I have been a fulltime reptile breeder for the last four years. The first two years I made in the low mid five figures and the last two I have made in the high five figures. The number one thing with making a living off of animals is that you make most of your money five-seven months of the year and you have to know how to make that money last. I went to school for biology first and got my BS in that! I went back to school a few years later and got an Associates degree in Business Management which has helped me out more in the biz than the Biology degree. The main rule of life applys to the snake biz as it does to everything. If you work hard enough and want it bad enough the good lord will take notice and meet you halfway. You can do anything if work hard for it. I have a house that is halfway paid off a new truck in the driveway and the ability to get my wife pretty much what she wants when she wants it. All from snakes!!!
