I've always thought of Corn Island Boas as being light in color like the Rio Bravo one, but Sunshine's is quite dark. He seems to mention that it's related to acclimation, ie stress, adjusting to a new environment. Is it that, "mood" changes, or time of day, or individual variance in color. Doesn't seem like it could be locale. I've always thougt they seem interesting, but the variance in the two photos has me confused.
Thanks,
Andy
