Actually your flourescent looks close enough to emit uv down to the plant (with the uv flourescent bulbs in it), and they are better, I think, than floods, which tend to blow out easily. then you can use a halogen spot which puts out a much more complimenting color and brings out the chams colors better. just my little opinion mind you.
