It could also be allergies. Do you use any fake plants? My females eyes get rubbery and flakey for a few days, then she starts to shed. After shedding, we go through the same process over again. It has been like that for a while now. It otherwise doesn't effect her behavour. How long have you has your cham had the problem anyway?
