I beleive that is the old one. When they writen this ban before it got passed there were certain restriction. They rewrote it for it to get passed and changed some things around and voided out the whole boid family thing and just listed what was banned. As you can see they were crossing out certain things. I have the one that was writen before this one but I need to find it. As far as NYC, from what I heard theres no snakes of any kind in houseing as in apartments complex, projects. I do not know if the entire NYC has a ban.
