Is it just me???

When I use Netscape, the forum format is normal. When I use Internet Explorer, the forum format is centered down the middle of the page and extremely difficult to follow. Is anyone else having this issue, or is it something going on with my computer??? The other forums seem to be fine, just the burmese forum.
