Nature of the beast so to speak,it applies to all commodities.People will start second guessing
their choice(s) of potential purchases and often loose track of all inquiry/contacts made.Granted there are the tire kickers and dreamers with little self control.
Dont sweat it,just track'em and you'll be able to ask them prior to selling if they attempt a purchase contact again.
It all plays like a country/western song most times but some just get all to creative and then theres the legit ones.
