I would say that is a definite male. However, I only have experience with Bci and Bcc. Both of these subspecies can be easily spur sexed with great accuracy, even when very young. Either one of these two at this body size with spurs that prominent would be a male without question. I would still stand by my assertion that this is a male unless someone with Bolivian experience can share information that females of this subspecies have inherently larger spurs than are typically seen in other B.c. ssp females. Great photos and they show the spurs quite well.
