That is so sad.
Fire is so tragic for reptiles. An archery store (I believe) caught fire next to a local reptile store in San Jose, I think it was 5-6 years ago. Most of the reptiles were removed from the building but most if not all ended up dying over the next few weeks due to the damage from smoke inhalation. I hope the snakes in this story make it okay!
