Young Dumerils are notorious for being picky eaters. Mine was picky for almost a year before she settled down and got on a regular feeding schedule. After that she ate like a pig.
So are you handling the Dumerils? You should try to leave it alone as much as possible until it eats. Even if it doesn't eat for a month, keep handling down to a minimum, and keep the cage out of high-traffic areas. Usually when Dumerils won't eat it's because they're not comfortable in their environment yet. So let it settle in for another week or two and then try feeding it. Also, make sure the cage isn't in an area where the cat or dog can constantly stare at the snake, that'll make it more nervous.
