While pulling the last of the babies out of the cage section they were born in, I glanced over at the section I put the mom and where I pulled the stillborn baby out of her. I saw what looked like at first glance to be her eating that still born baby. I'm thinking cool, dunno if that's ever been witnessed before but is being witnessed now.



BUT, she was not eating it, she was trying to revive it. She had it mid body and was very gently chomping on it. Then she let it go and proceeded to nudge it all over, mostly around mid body. She repeated the picking up the mid body and gently chomping two more times. I was in awe, I had no idea that was even possible, let alone ever seen. Sucks about the camera!!!
