What lights do you use on the cage? Does he get any direct sunlight? Is there plastic or glass between the bulb and him?
Does he keep his eyes open all the time?
You said..."I currently dust the crickets with JurassiCal (Jurrassipet) calcium supplement with every feeding - daily. I also dust the crickets with HerpCare vitamin Supplement by Mardel for one feeding every other week" can you tell me what it says on the containers for these two supplements for phosphorous, calcium, D3 and vitamin A please?
You said..."Along with shredded carrots and lettuce I feed the crickets T-Rex CAlcium Plus food for crickets as well as Flukers Orange Cubes"...what is in the T-Rex and the Orange cubes in the way of calcium, phos., D3 and vitamin A? You can feed your insects a wide variety of greens (dandelion, kale, collards, endive, escarole, etc.) and veggies (carrot, potato, sweet potato, sweet red pepper, squash, etc.).
