I maintained a collection of Surinams for several years...IMO it's a difficult task to price an animal based on set factors. A captive bred adult female that has average color and mediocre markings might not sell for any price. Personally, I would price your friend's snake at $250 shipped and see what happens. It's not a bad looking snake, but there are a lot of exceptional animals selling for reasonable prices these days.
