It should also be noted that not only should you worry about feeding days, but also the possibility of transmitting zoonotic diseases from one boa to the other via sharing water or being exposed to any poop, urine, urates, etc. especially if one boa happens to get/be sick for any reason (ie mites, URI, parasites, IBD, etc). It's always a possibility, nothing is certain even if it appears to be pretty safe. Always heir on the side of safety and keep them in separate cages. One last thing I'll mention is it can sometimes be difficult to make sure both are pooping as you may not know who is defecating as long as one is. Just some food for thought. | ||
