OK, these are no longer in the genus Elaphe, but oh well. I've been working with a group of persica for a while now, but recently picked up a pair of Mandarin rats and a pair of Japanese rats, all proven breeders. In addition, I picked up an 06 female Japanese rat. I was hoping to breed my persica this year, but they seem so small. Does anybody know how big they need to be to breed?
My climacaphora came from Bryan Cole who received them from Tom Harrison and Mike Humphrey, respectively. They were sold as Kunashir Island. If anyone knows about the background from these breeders, I'd be interested, as I'd like to verify that they are Kunashir if I can.

Mandarina female. I like the fact that this pair is of the gray variety, which I like more than the red phase mandarina.
