Help!!! What is this???

Hey all,
I've been reading posts for a long time, but now I have my first question. After holding Dizzy, my 6' girl, I found this goo on my arm. It is the consistancy of thick snot (sorry so graphic) and then I found another little bit hanging out of her vent. Can someone tell me what this stuff is?
