Well this is probably going to be long, sorry.

Ive been waiting all season for my male King Tut to breed the females that are in with him. He head bobs like a mad man and turns pitch black all the time. But Ive only seen him try to breed one female a long time ago and it didn't work. So I have this other male who I thought wasn't big enough to breed yet, Fiji. But I measured him and found out he is, 18.5 inches.

Well I wanted to try something new to get King Tut to breed. So I decided to bring Fiji from my girlfriends house over to mine, for some one on one with King Tut. Dont worry I didnt let them hurt each other. I figured that another male would excite the king and get him to breed. Boy was I wrong. Not to mention I thought Fiji would just sit back like his fat self. Well at first I put just King tut and Fiji in together. And to my suprise nothing! So I decided to put Lily in with them to get them both excited. And that did the trick. King Tut turned black and was head bobing and ran around a little then sat on his rock. Fiji went crazy for Lily. tried breeding and everything. So I put two other females in with them. Fiji went nuts with both of them too, trying to breed off and on all day. King Tut just sits their and watches Fiji breed his females. It's the strangest thing. Ive kept a close eye on them all day. King Tut and Fiji seem to be fine together. They drank together and even ate pelets side by side. Im taking King Tut out for the night and leaving Fiji in. Tomorrow Fiji gets the girls . Then he goes back home to my girlfriends house. oh well I lucked out with one of them breeding my females. And he is more colorfull too! Sorry about the extremly long post. Im more excited then a kid on christmas eve. I was even dancing around my room like a lunitic I was so happy! Ill include some pics i took today and ill post some more of the dragons. Hoppfully my females will become gravid!

peace,

nate
